Angela M. Koski is responsible for strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and senior-level leadership at The StoneHill Group.  With 20 years of mortgage and financial services experience, she has an extensive background in operations, change management, credit and underwriting operations, risk management, and technology.  Angela has served as a leader in key roles in highly rated mortgage lending organizations including Wells Fargo and BB&T.

Stephanie Barrett serves as the Software Development Manager for Stonehill Group’s proprietary application/client website, LES – Loan Evaluation System. She is responsible for providing operational oversight of all MIS project team operations as well as handling vendor integrations.  A Stonehill veteran of 5 years, Stephanie brings over 25 years’ experience within the Information Technology and Software Development arenas.

Donna Rowe serves as the Director of Post-Close QC and Client Services she oversees all aspects of post-close QC and customer service and support, including client onboarding, training, implementation and problem resolution. A StoneHill veteran with over 28 years in the Mortgage Industry and has held several leadership roles with expertise in Operations, Secondary Marketing, Correspondent Lending, Post Closing and Quality Control.

As Vice President of Operations at Sourcepoint, Raj leads the company’s global Quality Control, Due Diligence, Post-Closing, and Document Management business while also managing its Title Services organization. A strategic leader with a strong track record in operational excellence, Raj drives large-scale transformation initiatives, integrating automation, AI, and technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. 

With 26 years of experience in global operations and product management, Raj has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions in the post-closing segment of the mortgage lifecycle. He is the architect behind Sourcepoint’s post-closing workflow engine, an advanced document management system that leverages AI, machine learning, and OCR technology to automate loan document recognition, classification, and data extraction. His expertise in workflow automation and digital transformation has been instrumental in improving turnaround times and reducing costs for lenders and servicers. 

Raj is a thought leader in the mortgage industry, driving the adoption of generative AI and intelligent automation to streamline processes and enhance decision-making. His vision for AI-driven mortgage solutions continues to shape the future of post-closing and compliance functions. 

Prior to joining Sourcepoint in 2018, Raj held operational and business leadership roles in technology-enabled mortgage outsourcing firms, leading teams across global locations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is based in Palm Bay, Florida.
