Donna has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and has in-depth expertise in quality control, mortgage shipping, investor relations, correspondent lending and secondary marketing. She oversees all aspects of customer service for our Quality Control division, which includes audit selection, file deliveries, and reporting. She not only handles all client operational relations and vendor relationships, she’s also helped streamline our QC processes to improve workflows.
