Dynamic Reporting-Net Defects

We are excited to announce a major enhancement to the Dynamic Reporting tool on your Client Dashboard. With our enhanced Dynamic Reporting you can now build a custom report based on Net Defects. This is an important part of our ongoing focus to deliver a comprehensive dashboard with robust reporting and data that allows you to better manage your risk.

Dashboard-Session Time Out Notification

We have implemented a new feature to notify users that their system connection is about to be lost. After 29 minutes of system inactivity, a pop-up will appear on your screen alerting you that your session will expire in 1 minute. You will have the option to continue the session without losing unsaved work or logging off the system.

Enhanced Security: Multi-Factor Authentication

The security of our Clients data and non-public personal information is paramount to everything that we do at The StoneHill Group (TSG). To that end, in our continuing effort to enhance our Security and Cyber Security Programs, TSG will be implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) into our environment. As you may know, Multi-Factor Authentication is an authentication method in which a user is granted access only after successfully presenting two or more pieces of evidence (or factors) to an authentication mechanism.

On or around December 13, 2019, you will have the responsibility to update your access credentials. Specifically, when an existing user attempts to login to LES, the user will be prompted to enter a PIN; once the PIN has been entered, the user will be prompted to update Security Questions. Your current username and passwords will not be affected.

As we get closer to the implementation of MFA, TSG will provide additional communications reminding Clients of the upcoming change.

We appreciate your business and sincerely thank you for your continuing partnership.
